Windsor’s Secret Straighteners

Lingual braces are a super discreet, super successful orthodontic treatment that will give you a beautifully straight smile every time.

Lingual braces rely on the same technology and methods as conventional braces, except they have a trick up their sleeve. Lingual braces are uniquely placed along the back of your teeth hiding them from view making them one of the most discreet treatments available.

Lingual braces are perfect for anyone suffering through a gappy smile or rotated teeth. You can also use them after extractions to close gaps and fix problems with alignment and re-contouring.

Lingual Braces FAQs

Do lingual braces hurt?

Lingual braces naturally feel slightly strange at first. This is the case with all orthodontic treatments and should wear off after a couple of days.

Can I remove incognito braces?

Lingual braces are fixed braces, which means you can’t remove them, and they’ll be firmly in place throughout your day to day activities. It also means that you don’t have to worry about replacing them every few weeks or timing how long you’re wearing them.

How long does treatment with hidden braces take?

Treatment usually takes between twelve and eighteen months.

Do braces behind the teeth get in the way?

It can take a couple of days to get used to having braces behind your teeth instead of on top of them, but we’ve never had complaints of them ever getting in the way.
