Restore your smile, confidence, and quality of life with life-changing dental implants at CastleView Dental Clinic.
Loose teeth, missing teeth, and uncomfortable dentures can dramatically affect your confidence, diet, and overall well-being. If you’re avoiding certain foods or hiding your smile, dental implants offer a permanent, transformative solution.
At CastleView Dental in Windsor, our expert team provides cutting-edge implant dentistry to restore both function and aesthetics. With dental implants, you can eat, speak, and smile freely again, knowing your teeth are secure and natural-looking.
What Are Dental Implants?
Dental implants are titanium posts that are surgically placed into the jawbone, where they fuse naturally with the bone to create a strong, stable foundation.
These implants can replace anything from a single missing tooth to a full upper or lower arch. Once the implant is securely in place, a connector (called an abutment) is attached, and your custom-made crown, bridge, or denture is fixed on top.
Implants look, feel, and function just like real teeth—and can last a lifetime with proper care. Many of our patients tell us their dental implant treatment was nothing short of life-changing.
We understand that the thought of getting implants may feel overwhelming—but rest assured, our highly trained implant team will guide you every step of the way.
Yes, but it’s minimal. We’ll give you full care instructions, and we’re always here if you have any questions or concerns post-treatment.
From consultation to final fitting, treatment may take several months depending on healing time. The surgical placement itself takes around two hours, and a temporary crown can often be provided straight after surgery.
You should stick to soft foods for the first 24 hours after surgery. After that, you can gradually reintroduce harder foods as your comfort improves.
With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, dental implants can last decades—or even a lifetime.
Most patients are surprised at how comfortable the procedure is. It’s done under local anaesthetic, and mild discomfort afterwards is manageable with over-the-counter pain relief.
